Why we are building it this way
Most document packs compete on how many files are in the zip. That is the wrong number. What matters at audit is whether you can point at the evidence for a given quality indicator and produce it.
The self-assessment lists all 125 Core Module indicators individually, with a column for your evidence and where it is kept. Work through it before you engage an auditor and you find your own gaps first.

If a policy references a register, that file is in the pack. We check it automatically before shipping, in both directions, so nothing cites a document that is missing and nothing sits unreferenced.
The range
Seventeen packs, from $149 to $2,999, one payment each. Which one you need depends on the registration groups you apply for, not the size of your organisation. Each support-type pack already contains its base, so you buy one pack, never a base plus a module.
Straight answers
Three things we could say to make a sale, and will not. If a seller tells you otherwise, that is worth knowing before you pay either of us.
We have no involvement in your audit and no control over how you run your organisation. Any seller promising an audit outcome is promising something they cannot deliver.
Documents are evidence of a system, not the system itself. An auditor assesses your organisation and your practice. What a good pack does is save you the weeks it takes to work out what you need and how it connects.
Expect about a day of real editing on a verification pack and several on a certification pack, plus time briefing your workers. Reportable incident timeframes, medication scope and worker checks vary or change, and are flagged for you to confirm.
